How do I register for HCP MealsEasy. 1st Click on the "Check Your Eligibility" Button which will take you to the application page. If you have an approved Home Care Package (HCP) and would like to order meals please complete the following two steps on this Page. We will then contact your Care Provider to confirm a few details and to make sure we are approved to provide you with meals.

How will I know when I am approved?Once the application has been approved we will notify you via email or phone to let you know, you will then be able to order meals and only be required to pay 30% of the meal cost upfront. Please note the approval process may take a few days depending on your Care Provider.

Do I have to order regularly?No. You are welcome to order as per your requirements. You are not obligated to place regular orders through Raw To The Soul

Am I locked into a contract?No, you are not locked into a contract. While we do require your Home Care Package provider to complete an agreement with Raw to the Soul to confirm your eligibility and funding, you are free to order at any time.

How does the menu work?Each week we bring an exciting new menu with 5 recipes to choose from. You can choose any combination you like and we also have a gluten free and halal options for each meal.

Are your meals safe for people with coeliac disease?No. Our meals are made without gluten ingredients, but they are not prepared in a strictly gluten-free environment, making them unsuitable for coeliacs.

How do I know which meals are 'No Added Gluten'?All No Added Gluten meals are clearly marked on our website for easy identification. Each meal need a dietary requirment selected in order to add your meal to the cart.
